So... recently I've been getting my fishing gear updated and ready to get back into the fishing game, and today I finally went out fishing, the first time in years!
I got down to the local marina mid morning and tied up a Carolina rig with a soft creature bait like I had seen on youTube, took forever to tie due to freezing hands but finally got there and you know what? I caught a fish! first fish I've had in years and it was good! Only a baby but good to be out fishing again after so long.
